Acceptance of terms

By using Twitch2TikTok ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of the App

The App is a personal-use tool that retrieves publicly available Twitch clips, allows a user to review and format those clips locally, and, only after explicit authorization, publishes selected clips to the user's own TikTok account using TikTok's official Content Posting API.

Account authorization

You may connect your TikTok account to the App to enable publishing. Doing so grants the App permission, through TikTok's authorization flow, to post content on your behalf using the scopes you approve. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your TikTok account settings.

User responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing any content before approving it for publication.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any content you choose to publish complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and republish any Twitch clip content you select.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Twitch or TikTok APIs, and functionality may be affected by changes to those third-party platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to account restrictions imposed by Twitch or TikTok.

Changes to the App or these Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
